Kelly, after graduating from Dana College, joined the company in 1992 as a researcher of the real estate land records. She received her license as a Nebraska title agent in 1996 and in 2004 became a registered abstracter with the State of Nebraska. Kelly has experience working with residential, commercial and agricultural real estate.

Jenaca began her career in the title and escrow industry in 1994. She spent several years as a title researcher before becoming an escrow closing officer. The knowledge she gained as a researcher has aided in her understanding of title issues pertaining to closings. Jen is a licensed Nebraska title agent and a notary in both Nebraska and Iowa. She is a Washington County native and has remained active in the community.
